My Story
For 35 years I worked as a hairstylist in New York.,a career that allowed me to express my creativity on a daily basis. In 2008 I opened H2O Hair Studio in Westchester County, NY. From an empty shell I designed and created my studio with a minimalist, industrial vibe, that's where my love for staging and designing started. It was my little sanctuary where clients would unwind, feel valued, and leave looking and feeling their absolute best.
I am incredibly grateful for the relationships I've built with my clientele, friendships and connections that I made within the community over the years. I pride myself on being an attentive listener and confidant to my clients, "Nothing is more important than being heard". Throughout my lifetime, I’ve learned hundreds of invaluable skills and had experiences that gave me the confidence to truly express myself and creativity to be able to think “Outside the Box” which has helped me in so many areas of my professional life.
With my Family and my very sweet, yet devious dog, Dexter, I currently reside in the tranquil, retreat-like town of Ringwood. In my downtime I still like to get my hands messy working with cement as my art medium (that’s a story another day) and refurbishing or upcycling old furniture.
As I continue to grow personally and professionally, segueing into Real Estate a few years ago was a no-brainer and as a Realtor with my extended family at Coldwell Banker in Allendale, I get to make a significant difference in people's lives. I assist people in making life-altering decisions in addition to facilitating real estate transactions. I am here to help people navigate the process, whether it is a couple discovering their forever home or a first-time homebuyer fulfilling their dream of house ownership. For me, listening to and comprehending each client's particular wants and goals is more important than making a sale. Throughout the process, it's about becoming their confidant and valued counsel. I have established my business on honesty, integrity, and ethical business practices.
From styler to stager... as an experienced and professionally trained home stager. I provide clients with a range of staging services for both inhabited and vacant spaces. I've always had an eye for decorating and I offer staging as an added value to my clients. I designed sophisticated interiors and then turned an outmoded space into a chic, useful living area and made sure every house is flawless, neat, orderly and aesthetically pleasing from the inside out. So, the end result… are gorgeous real estate photographs! Whether it's offering a new color palette for home or organizing and decluttering the entire house, preparing the home for sale before it hits the market is essential. As a creative I have endless ideas of what makes a home feel curated and an exquisite eye for detail. The purpose of staging is to increase a home's appeal while letting prospective buyers imagine adding their own unique touches. As a stager I bring in a myriad of art and accessories to ensure the decor is on trend and aspirational. If furniture needs to be brought in. I work with the country's most renowned furniture rental companies, so each home is custom designed and tells its own story. Preparing a home for the current buyer demographic these days is critical in order to achieve top dollar.
